Hi! I am Paula, and I have been passionate about a healthy lifestyle since a young age. Being healthy is not just eating right, it is about balance in your life, it is about doing what you love, belong to a community meditate or have time to relax, find love, take care of yourself, take care of the environment, exercise, become the best version of yourself, be aligned with your real purpose in life and being truly happy.

work with me

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.

Pau’s Mission

Inspired and educate the world to live a happier and healthier life.

Yoga with Paula is worth making a priority in your busy schedule. I have practiced yoga nearly 20 years in many cities and I continue to take her classes because she is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and has no ego ... all the things you want in a yoga instructor! Paula is beautiful inside and out!

Paula is the most amazing IIN graduate I’ve ever met. She is not only an outstanding roll model for today’s Mother wife, daughter, and friend but she teaches blind students yoga and meditation. She also has a tv spot teaching yoga on Miami Beach. She is the biggest advocate for raising her family on nutritional cooking and tries to include her family in IIN social functions like strolling her baby into the Miami Mayor office to see the Health Coach proclamation signed.

After many years of practicing yoga, on and off the mat, I decided to become a yoga instructor in order to share all the beautiful benefits of yoga with the community. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher registered through Yoga Alliance. In 2007-2008 I got certified RYT 200hr “Power Yoga” with Paul Toliusizs and Fred Bush.

After that, I decided to take my yoga studies to the next level studying with SHIVA REA. I got certified 500hr “Prana Flow® Energetic Vinyasa” and “Yoga trance dance®” and I continue studying with her on a regular bases, as well as participating as an assistant in some of her modules.

I am also a volunteer teacher at Faith Yoga Program (Yoga for the blind). And I can tell you that sharing yoga practice with blind students has been the most wonderful and enriching experience of my life.

I love to dance, cook, read, take care of our planet and enjoy every second of existence. I believe in magic. I think that we are constantly evolving, that the spiritual path is infinite and that yoga is much more than just the asana practice. I’m a seeker of the truth and I feel very passionate about life. I am a Reiki practitioner and I think that if we all work together with divine love, we can heal this planet, and that just a deep inhale can totally change your day … BREATHE! And enjoy the ride.

Om Shanti
