”The Secret Ingredient”, is not only a recipe book, but an on-going personal project in which I had the pleasure of collaborating with many talented friends, artists, entrepreneurs and yes, even family!

Soy Coach de Salud y Nutrition Integral y Profesora de Yoga. Nací en Argentina pero vivo en Miami, FL. "El ingrediente secreto" es mi primer libro de recetas vegetarianas inspiradas en distintas cocinas internacionales, reflejo de la multiculturalismo de donde vivo. En este libro también comparto consejos, datos interesantes y tips de nutrición, basados en mi experiencia personal de más de 20 años en el camino del vegetarianismo y del estilo de vida saludable.
The idea of writing my first cookbook was born more than 9 year ago. One day I noticed that after telling people that I don't eat meat (I quit more than 20 years ago), I got the same question over and over again: "No meat? Then, what do you eat?". I realized I almost never eat or cook the same meal twice. I have been cooking different meals for many years, plant-based, healthy and yummy recipes. Now I feel the need to share them with the world. I never understood why some people think being healthy and/or vegetarian is so boring, when the world of veggies is so diverse, and a plant-based diet could be super interesting and fun.
So I decided to put together a bunch of recipes of my own, and some recipes that my friends and family have cooked for me along all these years on my path of vegetarianism. I deeply appreciate with all my heart the fact that they took the time to understand my way of eating, and they created special recipes full of love just for me. Long story short, this book is not only about food, it’s also about love.
