I will bring the benefits of yoga to your workplace at times that are convenient for you and your employees.

Employees should wear comfortable exercise clothing. All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is required.
Yoga classes could be conducted in a carpeted conference room, fitness center from the building, or any emptied office/space available. Classes could be of any size, from individual to big groups. We could meet once or twice a week, at lunch time or after work. We could also have a monthly class.
