The idea about writing my first cook book was born more than 7 years ago. One day I noticed that after telling people that I don't eat meat ( I quit 20+ years ago) I got the same question over and over again: " So, what do you eat ? " and I realized I almost never eat or cook the same meal twice. I've been cooking different meals for many years; plant-based, healthy and yummy recipes. Now I feel the need of sharing them with the world. I never understood why some people think being healthy and/or vegetarian is boring, when the world of veggies is so diverse, and a plant based diet could be super interesting and fun.
So I decided to put together a bunch of recipes of my own, and some recipes that friends and family have cooked for me along all these years on my path of vegetarianism. I always appreciate with all my heart the fact that my friends took the time to understand my way of eating, and create special recipes full of love just for me. So this book is not about food, it is about LOVE.
